Pinehill is managing construction of Wateridge Lifestyles, a 188-unit, 6-storey retirement home in Ottawa, with construction starting Summer 2026. Designed to meet our aging population, the building prioritizes resident experience and long-term operating efficiency for the building owners. The six-storey concrete structure brings much-needed seniors housing to an established Ottawa neighbourhood, with a construction timeline running through to occupancy in 2028.
