Pinehill is managing construction of Russell Avenue, a 28-unit, 6-storey multi-unit residential building in Ottawa, with construction starting June 2026. Designed to meet CMHC energy efficiency standards, the building prioritizes energy performance and long-term operating efficiency for the residents and building owners. The six-storey wood-frame structure brings much-needed rental supply to an established Ottawa neighbourhood, with a construction timeline running through to occupancy in 2027.
